Favourite YouTube Channel

I would like to know what are your favourite YouTube Channels with nice muscle women content? I for example really like „grudinka“ and the Transformation Vids. It‘s sad, That they are uploaded less than once a Month.

Was it already asked?

Youtube is full of fake channels just randomly posting content they ripped from IG. These channels now become so numerous that they drown out any actual original content that might show up on youtube. So for all intents and purposes youtube has stopped being useful for findig mw content.

Good topic! Some of my favorite YT muscle woman channels include: Muscle Girl Love, New Talents of FBB, Female Bodybuilders, and Jack Wolfskin.

D.D. On the Spot puts out good compilation flexes on his YT channel, but for some reason I just can’t get into the actual podcast interviews that he does. I can’t really explain it, but I find him kind of annoying, and it looks like he doesn’t have any knowledge about lifting and bodybuilding.. Wished the women were interviewed by people who know the sport a little bit better.

Totally agree on these two.

Very true. I tend to watch the few flexing vids he puts out. I don't think I've sat through an entire interview, as they tend to be a bit dry. I still like the idea of it, and hopefully he'll get better over time and perhaps produce a more interesting show.

I do know a lot about the sport and lifestyle I honestly do the first appearance interviews mostly the same so the guest is comfortable but when it comes to later appearances I get more into it with the guests

I could probably nitpick at it, but the gist of it is just becoming a better, more confident interviewer in a general sense. It takes time, I get it. Another thing would be not having the image of yourself on the screen the entire time. No offense, but we're all here to see the women so it is a little distracting to have that feed of you in the corner. If you want to cut to yourself from time to time as you conversate, that's fine, but the focus should definitely be on your guests. And lastly the audio quality could be a little better. Again, that will probably be something you'll achieve with time as you get the money to buy better equipment.

Having said that, it's a good start, and I hope you keep growing.

I put myself in the corner so people can't take screenshots or copy the video and make it as their own (which has happened before) and ya once I get enough money guarantee better audio equipment but some of the guests have weird setups

There are a couple of other channels that I'm subscribed to, but I enjoy their content from say 2-3 years ago and back.

Jodi Boam

Dani Reardon (Light Psyde)

Dani's channel became a podcast and she quit bodybuilding. I think she still works out, but she's definitely retired from competition. But I still enjoy going back and watching her in her prime from time to time. A few blips of those vids I've posted to the site, for example:

Jodi Boam, on the other hand, still competes but she doesn't post much. For perspective, she's posted just 4 videos in the last 2 years. But going further back, you get her in her best condition. Again, something I'll go back to once in a while.

Jodi Boam

She's very pregnant at the moment, so likely why there's been no new content from her. I'm sure once she returns to competing she'll post some more.

Funny you say that, she just posted about the birth of her boy on Instagram.

A lot of these women start YouTube channels and then abandon them when they find out how much work it takes to maintain. Dani and Jodi were ok because they had BFs to help out with some of it. This has sadly happened with nearly ever fitness woman I’ve followed after hearing about it on Instagram :(

That being said the content around them is pretty good. Whoever did most of Jodis YouTube presence will probably do it when she returns to prep (unless that was her old sponsor). I spoke with her a few months ago and she said her plan was to return to training around October

Most of you probably know DD On the spot, who frequents this site, but he has good interviews and pulls from the fitness world, and also posts the flexes on his OF although I’m pretty sure the YT channel has complications of most of the women he’s talked to.

Katie Lees channel is a little defunct but has some good older stuff.

An Da Jeong has one of the best, but she hasn't updated it for a while. Theresa Ivancik has a great one, too.

Hasn’t De Jeong kinda downsized and stepped back from bodybuilding? Still training but not making new stuff
