Filtering out videos when searching

Is it possible to get a filter to be able to only see the photos and filter out the videos? This would help a lot when I search a woman's pages before posting to make sure I don't post a duplicate. A girl like Hulda Lopez has about 22 pages split close to evenly pics and videos, so cutting the 22 pages in half to search through would be great!!
