Okay, just watched it again, (okay many more times) and I really don't know the rules of armwrestling, but can someone who knows tell me, is the big move Kristen move to gain her advantage so quickly, a legal move? It looks like she comes way off the pad... There was no advantage either way for a few seconds until she made that move.
Legal or not, this video is still worth the price of admission. And kudos to Stefanie, for her incredible strength and determination being an inch away from defeat, regardless of her own cheating, and holding out that long. That's not easy to have that much strength with your arm in that position. SICK STRENGTH!!
Be as quick as possible at start is a essential thing for getting in besst positin to beat the opponent . so many pro matches are over in just seconds . So push down opponent with one explosive move is the goal , so it even more impressive that Stefanie was able to stop her arm so close down and fight against Kristens push for so long time
Actually, given the popularity of this post, I think I should leave this here:

Sarah might be on the cover of Health and Fitness, if she gets enough votes. Currently she's 2nd, but she needs to come first to win. You can vote everyday, every 24 hours.

Sarah pulls against a guy too.
One of best videos on site! Loved the good natured competition and humor. Had a workout partner who was also competitive and we would give each other so much shit when we lifted to achieve new bests. The gym camraderie created some of my fondest memories. Can't help but laugh with them!!!
An oldie but goody! The lady on the left shows great grit and biceps and forearm strength being able to hold off the larger woman just off the pin for that long. That does sometimes happen in pro women's arm wrestling. Deb Banaian uses her biceps and forearm strength to hold competitors just off the pin till they tire, and then uses her fresh body muscles to toproll them over.
Yikes. I think Nun got the jump on her, but Cohen was basically putting her entire body against Nun's right arm.
