Yikes. I think Nun got the jump on her, but Cohen was basically putting her entire body against Nun's right arm.

Aug 07, 2020

Having Sarah Backman look at your armwrestling is quite a motivator!

Aug 07, 2020

kirsten flattened her, almost not gripping just pure brute muscle force ---- hard to ignore the size n beauty of K's biceps and forearms

@Migggxxx Stefi's leg strength is pretty impressive, but it probably doesn't lend much in the way of armwrestling.

Aug 07, 2020

wwwooowww Daammnnni hope to see more this aggressive armwrestling.. i like it... soooo great

Aug 07, 2020

I want them both.... so sexy and love the "don't give up attitude"!

Aug 07, 2020

@muscleflexin Me too. Kristen can put me in a vice grip and Stefi can scissor my head

Aug 07, 2020

Now this I call a real fight!

Aug 07, 2020

fight to the end

Aug 07, 2020

Wow, Sarah is having the time of her life watching this haha

Aug 07, 2020

Kirsten has way more upper body muscle mass. No wonder she won so easily!

Aug 07, 2020

Kristen took Stefanie down too easily, expected there to be more fight. Shows Kristen is not just extremely well built.

Aug 07, 2020

Funny

Aug 07, 2020

drummerdimitri, that was A N Y T H I N G but easy, LOL.

Aug 07, 2020

I knew Steffi was WAY stronger than she looks, but DAMN. Kristen is so much bigger than her but JFC what a fight!

Aug 07, 2020

We all know that Steffi has better result in pure weightlifting, she is powerlifter, Kristen is bodybuilder. But in armwrestling technique is important and here Kristen seems to have advantage. Also, she reacted faster than Steffi and pinned her down immediately. Still hot to watch :)

Aug 07, 2020

What a struggle!

Aug 07, 2020

Okay, just watched it again, (okay many more times) and I really don't know the rules of armwrestling, but can someone who knows tell me, is the big move Kristen move to gain her advantage so quickly, a legal move? It looks like she comes way off the pad... There was no advantage either way for a few seconds until she made that move.

Legal or not, this video is still worth the price of admission. And kudos to Stefanie, for her incredible strength and determination being an inch away from defeat, regardless of her own cheating, and holding out that long. That's not easy to have that much strength with your arm in that position. SICK STRENGTH!!

Aug 08, 2020

Be as quick as possible at start is a essential thing for getting in besst positin to beat the opponent . so many pro matches are over in just seconds . So push down opponent with one explosive move is the goal , so it even more impressive that Stefanie was able to stop her arm so close down and fight against Kristens push for so long time

Aug 08, 2020

Nunn knew the technique. Used the Sarah, it's over before you know it started. But the other girl really tried.

Aug 08, 2020

I’m assuming it was just all for fun as that leg against the table just cannot be legal. Pure cheating. She would’ve been obliterated in seconds otherwise!

Aug 08, 2020 - edited Aug 08, 2020

It is legal but for guys that loose against woman things like thirs are always the perfect search for exuses

Aug 08, 2020

Noone cheated here. Stefanie had a few fouls raising her elbow from the pad, but both starting to push strongly at the very beginning and using your leg to push against the table are legal moves as far as the rulebook goes.

🤔

Aug 08, 2020

loved it!

Aug 08, 2020

Actually, given the popularity of this post, I think I should leave this here:

https://mshealthandfitness.com/browse/2020/gr...

Sarah might be on the cover of Health and Fitness, if she gets enough votes. Currently she's 2nd, but she needs to come first to win. You can vote everyday, every 24 hours.

Aug 08, 2020

That was intense.

Aug 08, 2020

This video is not about who wins or loses, it's all about the attitude, I will not give up easily. Fantastic video! Girl on the left lost but she wasn't beaten.

Aug 08, 2020

Stefanie's hand, wrist, forearm strength is very impressive. To hold off a powerful woman like Kristen Nun, when you are so close to being pinned is astounding. Her competitive drive is very impressive as well.

Aug 09, 2020

it's biceps and forearm strength that holds your hand up when just off the pad.

Aug 11, 2020

Aug 13, 2020

Stef is such a Queen

Aug 28, 2020

Kristen's arm strength is incredible. I love the intensity pouring from stephanie's face ,she's not going down easy .

One of best videos on site! Loved the good natured competition and humor. Had a workout partner who was also competitive and we would give each other so much shit when we lifted to achieve new bests. The gym camraderie created some of my fondest memories. Can't help but laugh with them!!!

Nov 02, 2020

fantastic! love to watch Kristen's right biceps ...

Nov 02, 2020

@tarne...was your workout partner female? I have worked out with a couple of women and they motivated the crap out of me.

Nov 02, 2020

The dynamics are interesting. Some women with very strong (and big) arms are not all that strong going over the top--at the start, but when their biceps take over just off the pad it becomes impossible to pin them. It's just a matter if where you're strong.

Nov 05, 2020

@luvembuff..yes I have trained with FBB national level champion and it was great! Had a lot of fun!!! It is so fantastic to train with someone who pushes you and you also motivate them!
