What a Mighty Amazon Taylor is!

May 08, 2020

Living the dream.

May 08, 2020

He is in a reasonable shape, but woah she is awesome.

May 08, 2020

she has got some awesome arms

May 08, 2020

That's her husband lol

May 09, 2020

freaky friday with this guy?

May 09, 2020

I just went on her instagram page and there are old pics of the two of them together when they were both skinny but since then she got ripped and he stayed the same.

May 09, 2020

He just might it enjoy it that way!

May 09, 2020

Dude !! That's freaking embarrassing... hit the gym for crying out loud!!

May 10, 2020

@muscleflexin They both hit the gym at the same time. The difference is she has incredible genetics, where the guy doesn't.

No doubt Taylor is at least 1.5x stronger than her husband.

May 10, 2020

Genetics sure, but I'm sure he doesn't work as hard or as often as Taylor does. 1.5x stronger? How does one figure that from looking at a picture? I kinda doubt if he, for example, benches 185lbs, she's doing 277lbs.

May 10, 2020

I love how much more powerful her arm and shoulder looks.

May 10, 2020

The guy has less time training, probably.

May 10, 2020

What I love is that this is what her arm looks like at about 6 inches (15cm) shorter than him. Her arm would look quite larger than his (than it does already) if they were the same height.

May 10, 2020

Her arm is wider than her torso.

May 10, 2020

they look like a really cool couple

May 10, 2020

Has nothing to do with her having better genetics or training more. Rather there's a good chance she has higher test levels than he does

May 10, 2020

@cdcd, I was going to add that too, but didn't want to argue with those claiming she was all natural. Thanks for adding that!

May 10, 2020

Anytime you see a woman with muscles as developed as these, there's a pretty good chance she's taking something.

May 30, 2020

This comparison shot is a real turn-on.She has incredible arm development, and the contrast between her awesome upper body and her lower body is remarkable.

Jun 28, 2020

She is more muscular than he is, but she's still really cute. If that's his wife, he did really well for himself.

Nov 13, 2020

Sorry boy! Your girl is more muscular!

Her arm is twice his :D

@muscleflexin 1. There is nothing embarrassing that a woman is more muscular and stronger than either. If she works more, that's quite normal. 2. She has a very conceivable physique for a woman naturally.

It's really sad to see this kind of closed-minded reaction from FBB fans.

There is exactly 0% chance of her being natural

They're an amazing couple. It's not emasculating to have a girlfriend/wife that's more muscular than you. Jeez, unless all of you guys are huge male bodybuilders, that would most likely be the case for nearly all of us. Kudos to both of them.

@cdcd Her physique is not exceptional compared to other women in the middle (especially when you look at the other photos of her). A woman can reach this level quite naturally with a lot of work. There she is compared to her boyfriend who has a low level, it is obvious that he does not work as much as her. More the photo was certainly taken after a workout, and she's carrying a weight, so her muscles are pumped up.

Believe what you want, but anybody with just a shred of bodybuilding knowledge will tell you that it is physiologically and biologically impossible for a female to have this sort of mass while being this lean w/o any PED assistance. It's not a matter of opinion but one of scientific fact.

There is precisely no scientific fact to prove it. I've been very interested in this for 20 years so I know what I'm talking about. I don't believe anything, I know, and I am not basing myself on personal opinion but on observations. Science cannot give clear limits on this subject, there are too many parameters to take into account and too many differences between individuals of the same sex. And even among practitioners or coaches, there are a lot of prejudices about this. Height matters a lot too, a short, muscular person always looks more impressive compared to a tall person.

She seems to have genetics to have lean muscles, which is rare for a woman but not impossible. Again, she is not at an exceptional level. And this photo is not representative of his physique, look at the other photos. I also have an FBB friend who has a better overall level than this woman and who is completely natural.

The certainties that we can have is on very large physique, this woman is far from it. At his level we could possibly be based on changes made to his face or his voice but here we do not see anything transandant either. So it is clearly impossible to judge the naturalness of one's physique. At his level we can only make assumptions.

It's really sad to see so much pessimism among FBB fans. Believing that our society is even breaking the brains of FBB fans. You better fight to make society accept that muscle is not about sex, you will live better for it. And while I'm at it, take a look at the muscle potential of women, there are plenty of articles on the internet on the subject.

I'll humour you. Women's bodies have roughly 1/10th to 1/20th of the amount of testosterone of men's bodies. At the same time, women have much higher GH due to higher estrogen levels. For muscle growth, testosterone is key, hence men have a much easier time building mass and lean mass in particular, as high test generally results in lower body fat (I'm simplifying here). Accordingly, it is much more difficult for a woman to build lean mass compared to an otherwise similar (health, age, general body type) man. As such, the upper genetic (natural) limit of lean mass is lower for women than it is for men. All of this is proven scientific fact and corroborated by countless studies. There is no such thing as 'genetics for lean muscles'. All things being equal, a woman cannot get to exceptionally low body fat levels (<10 %), unless she is biologically a male (i.e., lacking estrogen).

Now, as for Taylor. While it is certainly true that muscles tend to look fuller and generally more impressive on shorter people, which can give the illusion of absolutely greater size, the overall proportions are still the same. Her flexed arm is bigger than her head, yet you're saying this is not 'exceptional'? Take this picture of her, for example: https://www.girlswithmuscle.com/1350542/ Note how the delts, traps, and chest are disproportionally developed. Compared to other muscle groups, an above average amount of androgen receptors is located in these areas. As a result, these muscles tend to 'blow up' when any sort of androgenic PEDs (including SARMs, of course) is used. While capped delts, godzilla traps, and a striated chest aren't conclusive proof of AAS usage, they certainly give increased reason to believe that a person is using. On the other hand, virilization effects AAS have on females do vary between individuals, so while someone running a light stack may instantly experience side effects such as voice deepening, clitoris enlargement, or hair loss (alopecia), someone else may only notice such side effects much later, despite running a larger stack. As such, the absence of such visible sides isn't proof of no AAS usage.

Lastly, Taylor explicitly declares herself a 'natural athlete' on her Instagram. As silly as it may sound, this is pretty much a dead giveaway. She feels the need to declare herself 'natural' because her size would lead people to believe otherwise. Why claim natural, you ask? Sponsorships of course, and her channel is full of them. I don't think it's far-fetched to claim that at least 90% of the people on Instagram claiming 'natural' in fact aren't. Additionally, she claims to be on a 'keto diet'. On a keto diet, you generally have a lower carb intake. Carbs are know to promote the release of insulin, which helps to drive muscle growth. Keto also involves moderate protein and high fat intake, which creates an environment where it becomes even more difficult to promote muscle growth. Put simply, compared to a conventional diet, it is significantly more difficult to gain muscle mass on a keto diet, and doubly so for woman.

So what do we have here? (1) Women cannot build this level of lean muscle mass naturally. (2) This is even more true if a keto diet is involved. (3) We have telltale signs of AAS usage on display. (4) Feels the need to stress her 'natty' status on Instagram. The Verdict: Not natural.

lets measure

@cdcd

Well it's curious, the studies that I have read say exactly the opposite concerning testosterone and GH. Because precisely the fact that women have 3x more GH IGF-1 allows them to fill the lack of testosterone compared to men for muscle mass gain. As for estrogen, it helps repair muscle tissue, bone, tendons and joints. At equal training, women gain as much mass and strength as men. The difference is made at the "starting point", which is that men start with more muscle and strength than women before they start weight training.

Anyway, these scientific studies only help to understand how muscle development works in men and women. It does not allow to objectively judge a physique. There are too many variables to be able to objectively judge a physique. Except for a very massive physique which exceeds all the limits of the possible naturally (a Natalia Trukhina, there is no doubt on the subject), Taylor Stein is very far from it.

On the other hand, it is true that women need more fat to build muscle. But this does not prove that Taylor Stein is unnatural. I still say that despite her lean muscles (but not that thin either), she is not exceptional compared to many other women in the body. The shooting of the photo is misleading, we have the impression that his arm is wider than his head but it is false, besides his arm is only barely bigger than that of his boyfriend when we compare close by measuring on Photoshop for example (besides the guy's arm also seems bigger than his head in this photo). Her arm is especially more defined and as she is smaller, it looks much bigger. Not to mention that she flexes with a weight in her hand after certainly a weight training session. In your photo, the delts are swollen by the break she takes and it's still during a training session (she has very few photos outside of a training session where the muscles are at rest). On other photos his delts are less impressive. We can also see that she works a lot more certain muscle groups than others. In fact she is very disproportionate, the most obvious are her very thin legs. I suspect she has a handicap that does not allow him to work certain muscle groups. So inevitably all her energy passes on these muscle groups which will develop more easily and appear larger compared to other muscle groups which she works little.

In short, at its level, it is very difficult to judge it with the naked eye.

And of course, there are people who are naturally fatter than others, it's a matter of genetics, and genetics that allow you to have less fat will necessarily develop leaner muscles. It is obvious.

And in a world full of prejudices filled with people like you who believe they can judge the naturalness of a physique with the naked eye from a few photos, and whose every litle muscle in women is criticized, it seems normal to me that a female athlete like Taylor Stein can put forward the fact that she is natural.

It really hurts my heart to see that even among FBB fans there are people like you who deny the muscular potential of women. Sad world that ours. There is really work to be done to change all that!

It never fails to amuse me when guys complain and fight about steroid use on this site.

News flash.. nearly every single woman featured here is on some kind of anabolic supplement. Taylor Stein probably is too. Doesn't matter if they say that they're natural or not. Who cares?

A lot of the women on this site certainly use drugs like steroids, but I wouldn't go so far as to say "almost all", it would be quite the opposite, considering the number of physical "fitgirls" ^^

I'm sorry, but it annoys me people who think they can judge a physique like Taylor Stein with the naked eye and be convinced that they are right. I find it even more heartbreaking when they are FBB fans. We are not supposed to have this kind of debate on a site like this.

This only encourages the public belief that women cannot be muscular and that muscles are a male exclusive. I have always fought against this public belief. I hope one day that I can live in a society where muscular women are accepted as they deserve without being seen as women-men and that their admirers like us do not feel excluded because of their different tastes.

Men don't become mass monsters naturally either. Both sexes resort to PEDs to achieve their desired physique, which is perfectly fine if done responsibly. Even on PEDs, it is still required to put in time and effort, and just because someone decided to aid their training with PEDs doesn't mean their physique is worth less. That said, I think it's important not to romanticize things and be delusional about what is and isn't possible as a natural lifter. There is this weird fetish surrounding someone's 'natty' status, as if a physique is no longer worth anything if it's achieved with external help. You'd be surprised by how many people use, even people that don't look suspicious at all. Just as an example, this guy is on AAS: https://preview.redd.it/26b9tdijlrv31.png?wi... At the same time, it's silly to stigmatize the use of PEDs in adults, be it men or women. We may disagree on this one, but if Taylor decided to go the AAS route, more power to her, I don't judge her.

You are not teaching me anything about it, I am fully aware of all this and I fully agree with you on this subject. Additionally, even low-level fitgirls can be loaded with anabolics. But that doesn't mean it's a generality or that a physique like Taylor Stein is necessarily loaded with anabolics. ^^
