That rule will only work on this site if we all take an incredibly naive view of what constitutes obvious signs of steroid use.

IIRC she has been public about her steroid use. That upload rule was meant to make it so that pics of extremely muscular women don't crowd out the rest of the pictures on the site, but generally this hasn't been an issue.
I uploaded a similar pic of her but i got deleted because of nudity. This pic is ok ? This is not nude ?
