That and the bar isn't bending a bit, usually when you're hitting over 100kg it's bending somewhat at least. Those are bumper plates so yeah they're probably significantly lighter than they look, but @tuabuela007 there's a reason you do that - that builds endurance for the next heavy weight/low rep burst. Anything over 12 reps is basically considered high rep low weight, unless you're a superfreak, but she's a regular freak =D
