Wow, just fantastic, that's true. And as much as I like the fantasy of supposing her curling heavier, hmm I think that double w/o problems is a bit too much.
Nevertheless it's nice to see her curl heavy, I get a bit confused whe I see them curling just 10 or 12 Kg...

ED: she's just 5'3", that's 160cm. 20Kg is a LOT for someone this size. Doing the volumetric conversion, I am 180cm, or 5'11", so that'd be 28.5Kg or 63 lb. Wow!
So if that is not her maximum for 5 reps/side, it should be close.
