Mature women all the way, women in their 40's, 50's, and 60's really have some great muscle, some of my favorite FBB of all time are now in that age group, Annie Riveccio, Collette Guimond, Trudy Ireland, Dee Lazard. I will say that young muscle is great, but nothing turns me on more than mature muscle.

Nothing and I mean nothing is sexier than a female bodybuilder who's been at it for years like Betty Pariso,Christa Bauch,Annie Rivieccio just to name a few. The size the shape and the muscle maturity speaks for itself. I appreciate the younger women, but if you think they look good now, just wait as they get bigger and better as they get older!!!!!!!!!!
