I have no problem with implants as in if the woman competes it helps her look more symetrical or in proportion,however if they are too large they can take away form that balanced look.

Implants prevent you from seeing her hard-earned pecs.
They're plastic, or silcone, or saltwater and not natural.
If you don't have a boob hangup, natural looks best.

I agree with muffinman. As long as the implants don't look like two balloons (or turtles, as someone once said) under her skin... Vicky Pratt and Jamie Eason are great examples. They both have implants and they chose the perfect size for their body. Timea Majorova, on the other hand, went a couple of sizes too large.

Could not honestly care either way on a purely visual appearance level. But fake tends to have all kinds of negatives associated with it and suggests the girl wasnt happy with her image to begin with and takes away from the quality of it all. But also maybe not either.
