The answer is, unfortunately no. I haven't been around too many women with muscles at all, the closest proximity is when I went to a gym and this ripped woman was working out 10 feet away from me, I never plucked up the courage to ask to feel her muscles and it still haunts me to this day, 15 years later.

@MuscleMaster: Yes, i have felt the biceps of a girl in my class who's world champion in kayac, hardest muscles on a 17-year-old girl i've ever seen. Also i've felt my English teacher's who's an amateur bodybuilder ;p
