Ok, different kind of poll.
From a gal who rocks the gym and yet sees results soooo slowly. I'm trying to figure out how long it takes the average person to put on muscle.
Both genders - check what applies - drug free only, please.
For those who have developed a good deal of muscle, how long did it take you to go from skinny (or fat) to muscles that make a tank top look good?

I always considered my wife to have realy good biceps with very good flex increase. She has never lifted weights (until now).
She is 36 yrs, 164 cm(5'4") 61 kg(135 lb) unflexed bicep 27,5 cm (10 7/8") flexed 33 cm (13") 33/27.5 = 1,2 = 20% increase!
I find this realy good.
How big is your wife / gf 's Bicep increase?
The "best", biggest I have ever measured myself is a nurse at work and a clothing store assistant. They both had 25% increase :-)

Girls, if you are a teenage gymnast, have you ever beaten a guy in arm wrestling? Because I know there are some teenage female gymnasts who are ripped.

Picture's rating is an old reason of discussion. No doubt that it is an expression of our freedom to show our appreciation about them but, always more often, most of the time when a new picture is online, I see too much zero "0" rating on girls that, honestly, do really not deserve a "0"!
Most of the time is easy to recognize an "hater" rating, probably just becouse of the regular size of the girl's muscles, like the only value to judge her was the size of her muscles... Bigger=higher rating.
If a girl is just athletic, or fit, and not a big,usually steroid body builder, why zero?!
What is your idea about it? Would you agree with one of those suggestions?

You are out on a date for the first time with a gal you met online, and she's pretty but skinny (sigh). You have a nice time with her, and end up at a nice bar. You notice that this other very pretty girl keeps looking at you and smiling. Later, she takes off her jacket, and you can't believe the muscles this woman has!! As she brushes her hair her biceps bulge so obscenely that you can actually feel your heart race! Muscularly, she is a diamond, and your date a piece of dirt. Your date goes to the bathroom.
