No. Wrong. Not a morph. Most defintely NOT a morph. In fact I've been waiting for a clip of this to make the boards.
This was shown on UK TV, on Top Gear (a car show). Diaz and Tom Cruise were the "Stars in a Reasonably Priced Car" and were on the sofa awaiting the results of their lap times. The whole point if the skit is for celebs to compete to see who can drive a sh*t car around the track the fastest.
Jeremy Clarkson, the host, made a comment about Diaz being in to her muscle cars and Diaz did that pose when he said the word "muscle". Honestly, the crowd were stunned. HUGE biceps on such a slim woman.
Disappointingly, Clarkson didn't react at all to them.
Proper sexy moment though - and 100% genuine clip. Top Gear is shown on BBC America if you are reading this Stateside, and the US is usually only a week or so behind. I guarantee you that you WILL watch this on TV this week. Guarantee it.

Diaz has quite a nice, athletic body. Being very lean and having a little bit of muscle means great definition when she flexes. It's not so much the size of the muscle as the great definition. But it is great!

This is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend checking out the HD version that chipperpip linked to above. Super bis on a very slender woman. Also, she's a total tomboy and seems like she would be a lot of fun to hang out with!

His bicep is so unbelievable that for many people looks like a morph at first sight! But it's absolutely real!!! And is much bigger than many fitness girls! woooooooooow Cameron you are absolutely fantastic!!! I love you!!!
