Heidi is supreme in the muscle department, yet extremely well defined, not just bulky like some of the heavy steroid users. Simply amazing!

Bicep/waist-ratio is about the same as sergio oliva. She is either miracle, morph or hell lotta roids.

It's not a morph. Look at the angle the photo was taken. Her waist is small and still twice the size of her arms. Her Bicep isn't even that big. Her arm on as a whole is pretty pumped but she's doing curls. My arms look twice the size they normally are when pumped.
